| the transmission has a long input shaft that will support it. it doesnt fall down when you take the last bolts out. two decently strong men should have no problem gently lowering it onto a creeper. dropping it on your chest is an incredibly dumb idea. even if you are strong enough to handle the weight (i bench 255) you cant control it. it doesnt have good hand holds. if you lay under it one hand on each side, whats to stop the front or back from tipping and hitting you hard? you have zero leverage. Im not saying its impossible, but you are basically relying on your ability to balance a 90 pound oddly shaped curiously weighted object. just take all bolts out, get two people both with two hands over their head holding it, and it should be easy to lower.
